1.  First, call and tell us about your property.  We will ask  you some general
questions about your property, repairs needed, and your desired goals in
selling the home.  Usually we can pre-qualify your property over the phone, but
we need to inspect the property before presenting a formal offer.  You also
have the option to fill out our
Property Information Form and we will be in
touch within 24 hours.  

2.  Next, we examine what other homes in your neighborhood are selling for.
They need to be a similar size and style as your home. These are called
“comparable sales”. This is the same way that real estate agents determine
the value of property.

3.  We will then come out and meet with you at your home. We look at the
basic condition and size of the home and consider what repairs and
improvements we would need to make to the property. You do not need to be
concerned about it being clean or tidy. Remember, we specialize in buying
fixer uppers!

4.  Then we add up the cost of the repairs,  improvements, and other
associated costs we expect to incur. The resulting figure concludes with the
price we are able to offer you.

5.  If there is a practical, mutually satisfying solution, we are usually able to
make an offer that very same day.  You can take your time and think it over.
